TURBULENCE

We think it is time to talk about it, and not just amongst ourselves in the flight deck.

Our cabin crew have it way worse down the back, they are the ones keeping the passenger safe, and yet we share very little info with them on how we know about it, how we handle it, why they should and shouldn’t be too worried about it*

*The aircraft won’t fall out the sky but yes, passengers are getting increasingly hurt by it

So here are some Pilot Notes for Cabin Crew talking all about turbulence in the hope that we can work better as a team to tackle this!
